Rolando is the most awesome business person I have ever met. I am 6 months pregnant and was so upset and frustrated that my car broke down. I was given outrageous prices. I called these guys and not only were they willing to work with me but offered to check for the problem and when they realized they could fix it for me made sure to give me the cheapest option out of my dilemma. 18.My vehicle broke down at a busy intersection and I had my son in the vehicle , I was very scared & so was he, I didn't know what to do or where to go to get it fixed because I am new to the area, I goggled "towing and they was the first name to pop up so I called them, the driver arrived within 15-20 minutes got me & my son safely off the road and the driver recommended their shop to repair my vehicle, The mechanic looked at my vehicle & said I need a radiator and they could have it fixed within the hour or so , the price & service was excellent they did a wonderful job getting me up & going again, I highly recommend ARROW to anyone

10.Their prices are reasonable and when you talk to their drivers and dispatchers they are always professional. If there is a problem they tell you up front.
