We got our car towed by Armando, who was a very professional, polite and courteous gentleman. He was prompt and so friendly. We called around first before choosing Charlie's Towing and everyone wanted to charge us so much just to take our car a mile down the road and they were curt with us on the phone. But not Charlie's towing. They were super friendly on the phone and gave us a great price. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know when they need their cars towed. They've got a customer for life!

I WAS ON THE 60FWY AND MY CAR TURNED OFF IN THE FAST LANE. I CALLED CHARLIES TOWING AND A TRUCK WAS THERE IMMEDIATELY. THE DRIVER PUT MY FAMILY AND I OUT OF HARMS WAY. AND WITH PUT ANY HESIKTATION TOWED US HOME. THE DRIVER WAS VERY CLEAN NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. NOT ONLY DID THE DRIVER MAKE USE FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SAFE, HE WAS VERY RESONABLE WITH THE CHARGES. I WOULD DEFFINATELY USE CHARLIES TOWING FOR ALL MY TOW NEEDS.
