After a thorough review with Care Credit we feel that your comments are absolutely false and inaccurate. We have provided all of the documents listing all of the services rendered and the appropriate payments to them. Our outline of the services you received are accurate and there is no deception as you mention. If you still need to go over your billing we are here to help and explain the billing for each service. The Care Credit company RESOLVED your dispute because it was all CORRECT. We try our best to make sure every patient is satisfied with the quality of work they receive and we believe in being truthful with every patient.



You received a discount for the services rendered that is under our normal charges and yet you feel deceived. We invite you to come and sit down with one of our financial managers to go over the billing line by line to clear any confusion on your bill.

Watch out for this Dental Office.. Deceptive practices.... They will flat out steal from you. Strong arm tactics and billing manipulation.
