If I could, I would give this place a 0. Worst costumer service coming from the front staff and nurse. They are not professional what so ever and have horrible bedside manners. My husband and I brought our newborn for his 1st appointment and we did not like how they handled our son. With all the questions we had as new parents, most of our questions went unanswered because the doctor didn't know how to answer. We have decided to go to a different pediatric office and upon being greeted with open arms at the new office, we found out that providence pediatric wrote the wrong name on my son immunization records. The nurse at the new location told us that they are not suppose to do that, that the parents are to write the child name on the immunization book. Not only did they go ahead and write his name on it, they wrote the wrong name! If your looking for a pediatric office to fulfill your child's health needs, DO NOT even bother coming here!!

My children have been patients @ providence for quite some time ,and just 3 days ago I was totally discredited,disrespeted,and violated of my child's confidentiality rights as a "Black" women here in the USA

I have had a very frustrating experience with this doctor's office. The hold times on the phone are atrocious. I have been left on hold for 20-40 minutes or more several times. They do not even apologize for the wait time when they return on the line. Also, the wait time to see the doctor exceeds 45-60 minutes each time. I always arrive on time and end up waiting far too long. Furthermore, they are slow to refill prescriptions that the pharmacy faxes to them for approval. Therefore, I spend each month without my medication for a few days, causing insomnia and hassle with the doctors office monthly. I am currently looking for a new doctor and would never suggest anyone go here for their medical needs. I have been extremely dissatisfied with this medical practice. Additionally, the receptionist actually laughed at me on the phone when I expressed my frustration. Very very unprofessional.

family practice the same, scheduled appt , waited almost an hour then told only take cash and prepay even with good insurance. Horrible customer service. There are many providers to choose from to tolerate such poor service. They were playing rap or tv show in the doctors office. So professional.

If I could add zero stars I would. Horrible place you schedule a apt for one time, and end up waiting two hours to be seen. They're kids everywhere (obviously) who cough, and sneeze all over your kid.
