Provided by YP.comAs a preface to the review I am about to give, when a company does something great, I like to write a review to help good companies get ahead of the competition. However, I'm going to write reviews for the not so good/horrible companies as well.
I would have NEVER used this company had I read reviews. Unfortunately our homeowners warranty company sent them out to repair our 1 year old washing machine. The lack of communication was ridiculous, but the least of our matters. They came out, diagnosed our machine and got together with our homeowners to decide if they were going to fix it or replace it. When homeowners decided to fix it, OneStop sent out two guys in an UN-marked hummer to pick up our machine. When the two men arrived they asked if WE had a dolly they could use. If repairing large appliances is your business, why do you not have a proper dolly of your own? They proceeded to drag our machine across our dining room and entry way scratching our tile. We were nervous, to say the least, at how this repair was going to go. After having our machine for a week it was returned...the washer was all scratched up, they tried taking the legs off and leaving it flat until we caught them. They tried telling us that the legs were so old that one of them wore itself out. Just a reminder...our washer is ONE year old. Then took a leg off someone else's washer in the back of their unmarked vehicle to replace the one they busted. They got grease marks everywhere, then the guy asked for a paper towel to wipe his hands and threw it between washer and dryer...the sad part is that there was a trash can right next to the dryer. The machine looks like it was dragged across concrete on all sides...again our was is ONE year old and had zero cosmetic blemishes before this joke of a company took it out of our house. If I could attach pictures they would be so embarrassed. One last thing, the washer is still making the same awful noise it was before it was "repaired". PLEASE PLEASE PELASE...do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Provided by YPmobileTerrible company. Unprofessional, do not show up or call, untrustworthy. Beware, they are a scam! Several different phone numbers and web pages will lead you to their scam. If it is a free service call of $80 with repair, or you speak to a Freddy, it is them!
