Provided by YP.comThis is the second time I had my car serviced with Aamco they were very good with me. When I droped off my car off for repairs I did not have a ride to work so the Mechanic drove me to my work. That was awsome. I will use them again in the future.

Unbelievable how horrible this place is. Raised originally quoted price by $1,000. A/C did not even work when I got it back. Took them 5 days to do a job they promised would take 2. Told me they would work with me financially and in house before I got there. That dissapeared once they got my vehicle and did the repairs. Completely unethical and un-trustworthy

That's how they get you, promise that if you bring your vehicle in that they will work with you and offer and in-house payment plan. Once they have your vehicle, they jack up the originally quoted price and the payment offer goes "poof" and dissapears. If you can not pay they seize your vehicle and tell you unless you got their $$$$ you are SOL. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

By far the worst auto dealership or company I have ever dealt with. They make promises to get your vehicle to the shop and once they have it, completely do a 360 and screw you. They jack up their quoted price and if you can't pay the new rate they seize your car. Unethical does not even begin to describe this specific Aamco. They will do ANYTHING to get your $$ would not trust them to fix a hot wheel.

our 2003 Lincoln towncar had about 65K miles on it and the first owner never changed the tranny fluid..these cars are noted for converter shudder and when ours got to speed and the converter locked out..shudder! I did several changes of fluid which seemed to take care of the problem..for a while...then when it hit 85k..changing no longer helped..brought it in..the manager Corey was great to work with...and the master rebuilder..Tom..well he definitely knows his business! He went an extra step during the teardown and found a critical valve that was worn and binding...they did a soft kit rebuild and replaced the overdrive band...the car never ran so great! and the gas mileage is noticeably better (probably due to siippage and converter related issues governing shifting)...to sum it up...Tom is a master rebuilder, Corey is a really great manager to deal with...and the price was well below what the dealer wanted..and then it would be some kid reading a manual and not a master mechanic!!

...who ever wrote the previous comments had to be a friend. This place totallly ROBBED ME!! The price for repairs consistantly got higher. After OVER paying for the "Repairs", about 3 days later my car wouldn't start. These people ARE CROOKS, I'm seriously going to 3 onb your side. THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY, DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!

I was just in your shop recently after searching ALL of Arizona for someone to help me. I recently had a rear wheel bearing replaced with your shop and wanted express my appreciation and admiration. Nick was VERY helpful and your highly skilled technitians were able to replace the bearing with a GREAT deal of effort. This same task has been refused by SEVERAL shops before yours. Again, I am thankful and appreciative to the point where not only will I do ALL my business with you folks, I will also, reccommend ALL of my peers. Thanks much, Richard Lyke (Feel free to post this message, as I do not want it a secret on how well

This shop beat all other estimates I had received. The new manager is great to work with.

The service manager worked very hard to find an affordable solution to repairing my vehicle. He was willing to match any quote I received from another shop.
