Very helpful and know their products well. They let me try their vacuums on my own piece of carpet to be sure of selection.

I recently visited this store and purchased a new vaccum. With there 30 day full refund toward another vaccum, I returned the first machine and up graded to a machine that was a better fit for my floors. I found this team to be extremely knowledgable, everything they promised they delivered. My 3 year old carpet looks and fees like it was installed yesterday! It is amazing how much "stuff" my old machine failed to pick up. Today you seldom find a sale and service that exceeds all your expectations, but these folks did it. If you need a vaccum or service you can't go wrong at this store on 9 th Avenue in Pensacola. Go see them you won't be disappointed. Ann Kidwell
