I would give this restaurant zero stars, if that was an option allowed. I have given this establishment more than a dozen chances to change my opinion... because I love sushi and their location is right down the street. When they first opened, they were stellar. That lasted approximately ONE week. Since then, their service sucks and they can't get your order right to save their life. Worse, the new manager barely speaks english and is RUDE. she actually hung up on me, purposely when I kindly asked for someone else to take my phone order because she repeatedly was saying my order incorrectly. Rude. Less than professional is an understatmemt. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Try mikado sushi.. right down the road, I've been ordering from there from years.. no clue why I keep trying to give urban hibachi another chance. No more.

So far this has been a good resturant to get Hibachi that is quick and still taste good. Would recommend this place to family & friends. Nice atmosphere as well with a close feel to it as well.
