Bab service. Extremely rude employees and Management. Gave me an attitude problem. I wanted to buy a gun to use for work as a Security Guard. Because of their stupidity and attitude, I left and gave my business to someone else. Then these #@$ ***** sent the police to my house! But the police were smart enough to realize there was nothing wrong with me, they were the ones with a problem!
Besides this, they don't have a very good selection of guns, not very many top of the line brand names, they are a little expensive, they are on Orange Blossom Trail- a very bad part of town and the employees are not very knowledgeable.
Don't waste your time and money here! Go somewhere else where they actually respect their customers and they won't rip you off and call the cops!

Old school gunshop , they didn't treat us like morons unlike some . Straight forward and even price matched. Very professional willing to go the extra mile..... Joe and Ruben should be on tv those guys are awesome... We will be back.

I called from out of state re a used gun. The manager could not have been more helpful. I'm very impressed with them from my first interaction.

Horrible selection of guns. The price of their .22 ammo was TWICE the price of the big box stores. It was a waste of my time.

Most gun stores I've been to it seems the people working there either have an attiude where they look down their nose at you or they simply make you feel like they're just trying to make a fast buck off you. Not the case at all at Rieg's. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and non pressuring. Whether you're shopping for a gun, using the range, taking the CWP class or just picking up some ammo they make you feel comfortable and you can sense that they really appreciate your business. They'll fix you up with whatever your needs are and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Their customer service is second to none and their friendly, welcoming atmosphere is quite refreshing. There are several gun stores a lot closer to my house but after a few visits to Rieg's this is the only one I go to now...

This is the kind of place where you can go if you haven't an expensive gun or a lot of money. Stavros is a really cool, friendly guy who'll set you up on the range, be sure you're safe and help if you have questions. I there's a particular gun you'd like to try out you can rent a Glock 45 or 9mm.

It's a nice way for you and your wife to dpend a night out for about the price of a movie and snacks and you can qualify for your carry permit if you make an appointment. It's definitely a blast,, sorry, couldn't resist.
