Every client is privey to there opion and she was only describing what she saw. Your comeback does not explain away what she saw. Very unprofessional of you to go back at a client online, and start out with what she did wrong. I was not troubled by what she said, but was troubled but what you the owner said and how you handled this situation. I was reading the reviews because I am new to the area and am looking for a new groomer. Just to let you know she did not loose you my business, you did. I will keep looking.
