I've tried out several car rental places and Enterprise is by far the best. I will never rent from anywhere else now. Their prices are among the lowest and their customer service is awesome! They've picked me up at the repair shop, at my home, and even when my car broke down as I was leaving town on a trip. These are my "go to" people! My only regret with them is that they won't take debit cards for primary payment.

Service was terrible at 41D9 Lake Park, FL. The slogan is “We’ll Pick You Up®” I made a reservation online the week before, I called about an hour before my reservation and they told me it would be an hour before they could pick me up...no problem, I get that. But I was 2 miles from their location and it took them 2.5 hours to pick me up, then I had to wait an additional hour because my car was not ready. Then the service agent (Angela) told me I should have called the other location in town. Then when I received my e-mail statement, they charged me for an extra day; I contacted the assistant manager (Zach) a month ago and still no refund. He told me 7 to 10 days.

As always, very good customer service. Have been renting cars from this company for many years. Can't beat the customer service
