I live on 13Avenue between 159Street and 151 Street. My regular postal carrier is very good. When she is off especialy if it!s not her regular day off a lot of times the replacement carrier dooesn! leave our mai. I get a lot of 3rd class mail, magazine aand I like that. The floater carrier on her regular day off I think does a good job but I!m not sure if the route has one. I worked for the post office for 35 years as a carrier. I wasn!t super but I tried my best to delive r all the mail I cased. I don!t know if the post office is short of help or what but I would like o get my mail 6 days a week. I hope the postoffice lives for every so everybody can get their mail and the workers can make a decient living. signedChuck4-4-2017

Supervisor Collins rude with nasty attitude. Her supervisory skill is questionable. One of her employees USPS driver scanned a package at 11:29am and delivered it at 1:26 pm. Administrator needs watch closely how these employees record their working hours.

Missed two pickups in a row. The new Manager, Phil, is rude and tells his postal carriers not to pick up if they are going to have overtime. Went to speak to him in person and surprise, he wasn't there. The lady I did talk to was rude and was acting like me asking for them to fix this was like me asking if I could eat her children. This place is a P.O.S. and frankly the entire management staff should be fired because they give the post office a bad name.

Rude employees, even ruder supervisors. I asked for the Postmasters' name and number, rattled off a name and number and then ran away, Never leaving me time to actually write it down. I will find out who the Postmaster is and I will make sure they hear about my expierence

This location does not have a working phone?!?!?!? WTF Wish I could give them a ZERO STAR

Good Day - I would like to report the problem I am having whenever my regular mail carrier is off. The substitute carrier refuses to close my mailbox. My husband has asked him nicely, and angrily, same result. Today I placed a note on the box asking that the carrier close the box, because we were expecting rain, and the mail gets wet whenever the box is not closed. I came out just as he was driving to the next house, and saw the box was not closed. I drove behind to catch up with him, and asked him why he could not close the box. He told me that " there was an incident with my husband before, and he did not even have to deliver the mail. He could have thrown it away" As a resident of NBM I find this unacceptable. Resident at 571 NE 177 Street

Called 15 times over two days- sometimes rang until I was disconnected- also busy. Finally someone answered but after 42 minutes on hold- I hung up.

Hallendale post office answered right away and I had an appointment in 2 minutes. What a disgrace!

This location never answers there phone and that is bad for business.

I was there on 11-10-11 for my passport, they were very nice with everybody , and the lady who took care of me, Mildred Anderson Taylor, was excellent.I drive a long way to go this facilicity. thank you!

I tried to telephone 305-354-4612 and it took five hours of repeated calling before I got something other than a busy signal.

How can you serve your customers (if you wish to) when it is so difficult to get through on the phone?
