Provided by YPmobileI have been a customer of WM for several years. This bill jumps up to$83 . I called them to cancel my service and to pay the balance. She said my last pickup date would be 6/27, which was fine. Then...I receive a bill for $35 more!! I called them again. She said that was because of paying my bill was late. They couldn't adjust that because I was canceling my service. They know they have you over a barrel, so to speak. To date, they haven't picked up my trash can, and I'm sure I'll be charged for that also !!! I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem with them. I have seen their truck pick up several cans just on this road. You need to voice your experience here as well !!!!
