I'm not sure I would trust this company. Two nights ago, tow truck pulled up into my neighbor's driveway while I was talking to him on he porch around midnight. A man hopped out of the truck shining a flashlight and starts asking my neighbor if his dog would bite him and that he was going to call animal control. My neighbor said his dog would not bite and asked why he was trying to tow the car out of his own driveway, on his own property, at the end of a cup-de-sac. The tow truck driver then says to my neighbor (not realizing that he was the owner of the car because he was on my porch) that the car had been registered as stolen and that he was working with the police to recover the vehicle. My neighbor told him to leave the property and the tow truck driver threatened to call the police. My neighbor said yes, to call the police because he is the owner of the car and he would have the authorities verify that before the driver removed the vehicle, and that he wanted to see the driver's identification and/or proof that he was given orders to recover the vehicle from law enforcement. The tow truck driver then put down his phone, got back in his truck, and drove away.

The next day, my neighbor called the police station to report the very, very strange event, and spoke with multiple officers. The car had, obviously, never been reported stolen. Apparently, if a car is over 10 years old, then a title is not required to sell for parts, chop, etc. Rosak's is also used for "truck wrecking" meaning they remove wrecked vehicles and also sell them for parts. The police said that they have used the company to removed cars in wrecks in the past, but that this behavior seemed suspicious and not in line with proper business practices. An officer called the company with my neighbor on the line and they were not cooperative with the officer. The officer instructed my neighbor to call 911 (the emergency number, specifically) if this happens again, because it is theft!

I'm not sure if this activity is condoned or back by the owners of the company, but they have at least one criminal employee.

Yeah the GUY on the phone said 40min, and they were there in 15 minutes told me that my problem is the Fuel pump and towed me to my destination and placed my car between the trees where I have to park it.
