Provided by YP.comWow, how sad what used to be a great company with such promise has been ruined by their terrible customer service. Sent me a defective PA-10, they sent me parts that were so poorly packaged that they got damaged in shipping. They also pulled the old bait and switch on some pricing. Each time basically told me that they didn't care about my problems, they already had my money. They are the new Botach.

Provided by YP.comSeems very strange that the Company that I have been buying ammo and rifle parts from for several years now could get reviews as bad as some i have read here. Seems to me that they cannot exist ib the same universe. I have had nothing but great experiences from PSA online. They have dealt with me honestly and consistently. The shipping times are a bit slow... but the grerat prices offset that for me.

Provided by YP.comIn the past PSA was great, they are not the same company they used to be. 12/7/14 parts order lost, no notification, called and held for 35 mins to get a rep that told they would expedite if I reordered so like a fool I did. 12 days later and that order is still processing. No way to get a person or get an email reply. Don't waste your time ordering here. Their prices are OK but many others match. maybe PSA will wake up when their customer base goes elsewhere

Provided by YPmobileA 50 year old sloth could process and ship an order faster than psa. there is no reason an item in stock should take 20 days to ship out.. RIDICULOUS ! Not to mention you can not get ahold of anyone through phone or email to cancel your order.

Provided by YP.comIf you want to be completely ignored AFTER you have purchased and paid for your item online, wait for over 3 weeks after ordering and paid for and still be in "Processing". Call customer service and be on hold over and over again. Email and get no return message, not even an auto responder. Then by all means do business with this company.
In all seriousness this is by far the worst experience I have had at purchasing anything, not just guns, anything on line! I believe the other reviewers giving 5 stars are employees, or have affiliation with Palmetto Armory. Do business with Budsgunshop.com save yourself the frustration and disappointment. 21 days and counting on my order, all I want is my merchandise that I paid for.

Provided by YP.comPSA is easily the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself a favor avoid the store and online store at all costs, they take over two months to send an instock buttstock you can buy at cabelas, the deals are a lie and often lead to additional charges you dont see till after the sale and youve already been ripped off.

Provided by YP.comI am extremely disappointed with PSA and their operations, specifically, their shipping procedures. Why does it take 15 days to process and ship an order? This is how you fix it PSA...hire more folks. That long delay tells me that work ain't slow at PSA so hiring another employee won't hurt the business. IMO, purchasing from your local business with a higher pricing is better customer service than waiting on these clowns. I'm done with PSA.

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY! Have bought many guns in the past around Columbia and I can honestly say they are the worst. They have young idiots there that seem like they don't even want to help you. And when you would like to look at a gun they act like its an inconvenience and a big deal.. Go to sportsmans warehouse nicest staff and very helpful, with good prices

Provided by YP.comI have ordered many things from PSA and have been very very happy with them. Considering the circumstances and the flood of orders they have received I was more than happy to wait. Their deals were worth the wait. Their website says in big bold red letters that there will be a wait time, shop elsewhere if you dont want to wait. I know I will wait for PSA! Keep up the great work guys!

Provided by YP.comI ordered this online, called customer service three times because I had issues, and finally settled on picking the items up in Cola. They are great! I made it almost impossible for them. due to my circumstances and they pulled through with flying colors. I do not understand the negative reviews here, but my experience was great! and I will use them again and recommend them.

Provided by YP.comOver the last few months, processing time has been horribly slow, and Customer Service almost non-existent. My last ammo order took almost 4 weeks to arrive, while the entire time, the order system showed as PROCESSING (even though they charged me for the order). An order last week was never confirmed but they were fast to charge my credit card for the order again. After a week of no communication from them, I sent an e-mail to CS yesterday to cancel. They informed me that I could only cancel by phone, so this morning I waited on hold for 15 minutes to cancel. They actually did get to me, and were very nice. They cancelled the order and are supposedly refunding my CC in full. We'll see how long that takes, but I won't be doing business with PSA anymore. Bud's and MidwayUSA will get the rest of my online ordering business from now on, because IO can trust them both to be prompt, keep me posted on the status of the order, and deliver on time without marking prices up to the stratosphere.
Too bad PSA, you seem to be losing a lot of loyal customers.

Provided by YP.comThis company is terrible!!! They do not answer the phone if you can get through. They do not answer emails. I purchased an in stock item then and billed me instantly. After a several days I wanted to check my order and they stated it was out of stock. They did not notify me of the change in stock. I cancelled my order and 10 days later I have still not seen my money refunded. They are a very shady company and I would avoid them completely!!! They are THIEVES that have stolen my money!!!

Provided by YP.comAvoid doing business with PSA. As a customer of 5 years I'm really disappointed with their customer service. Emails to customer service seem to go into a black hole. After a misshipment on an ammo purchase I was lied to by one person from customer service about the reshipment which never happened. After another week I was told it would go out in 3-5 days and then after 5 days I was told it would go out ASAP. When pressing them further they confirmed that their was no ammo in the warehouse. When I questioned how it would go out if it wasn't in stock he seemed like he was between a rock and a hard place. When I asked for a refund I was told 7-10 days. My response "Don't you think you had my money long enough???" I will never do business with PSA again.

Provided by YP.comThes people redefine poor customer service. They my be ok to walk in store and make a purchase but please stay away from their online ordering system and staff. They will promptly charge you for an item but it will take weeks and many emails and calls if you can get anyone to answer the phone to clen up their mess.

First of all, don't even waste time calling their customer service number. This number a joke!! I could never connect to live person even if i was calling 30x a day for 3-4 days. Oh and there's not voice mail to leave a message for call returns. WTF is wrong with this?
Second, emailing them is also an epic failed. No response over a week with a few emails i sent. How do i get in touch with anyone if emails and phone don't work?
Lastly, they charged your credit card as soon as you placed the order but don't even bother to care if your order is shipped or have any issues.
At first i look at the prices and really like what i see but this experience i will never buy from them. A little bit about my story is that this is the first time i buy a gun online. I didn't know that we can't use our address as shipping destination and have to go through a Firearms retailer. After placing an order i was told by a friend about it and tried calling and calling and emailing for over a week but no response whatsoever. Is this how you run a business? I hope they read these comments and fix how they deal with customers.

Provided by YP.comFirst I wanna say to a previous poster regarding the so called "eye candy" comment!! If it was your business, which it isn't. then you could make that decision. Anyways Palmetto State Armory is very respectable and very informative...even the nice ladies that work there. As a matter of fact earlier this month me and my father went to PSA and when one of the salesman couldn't find what we were looking for.....he went to one of the young ladies and she stopped dead in her tracks (she was processing a new shipment & doing inventory), but she came on the floor and showed us and the man that worked there exactly where the products we were looking for, and it even surprised me but she knew what it was, what the benefits & downfalls to using the products we were going to purchase. So she helped us decide whether we wanted to purchase it. My entire family shops at PSA now, and between me, my father, my aunt, and the rest of my family we have spent in excess of 20K at PSA. So before anyone takes advice from anyone on here....go there for yourself and you will see very quickly what I'm referring to. Now that poor guy who posted before me doesn't have any patience obviously, but when a salesperson is discussing something with another customer then just shut up and wait. Cause you don't even know whether that man had just purchased 4 Pistols or Rifles....took them out to there car and came back in to get advice on something else. I think it shows PSA's dedication to there customers with the salesman spending time with a customer. Cause they do that with everyone including anyone who comes in there no matter your money situation or whether you know what you want or not. Cause they are very professional and are willing to help anyone however they can. So please everyone go check them out!!!

Provided by YP.comThey have some pretty good deals, but if you are in a hurry to recieve your product you may want to shop elsewhere. Of All of the internet shopping transactions I have done over the years Palmetto State Armory is by far the slowest in processing the order. I guess it all depends on what is more important....time or money.
