I've been to steakhouses all over the Midwest, and I must say Carnevor by far has the best meat. The ribeye I had was pure heaven! Best atmosphere too. It's not your traditional sleepy, boring steakhouse. The atmosphere is fresh, chic, and full of energy. The servers are very knowledgeable. The wine list is also very impressive. If you haven't been, it's a definite must, you won't be disappointed.

this was my first experience at Carnevor and i was extremely impressed. service was amazing and the steaks were incredible. order the dry age new york strip. our server Teral was outstanding. ill definitely be back the next time im in town
