I have lived at the same address for 8 yrs. up until this year I have no complaints with the service..this year, 4 different occasions my mail has been delivered to next door or who knows where else, I have had my mail lost. My nosy neighbors open my mail "mistakenly" and I often get very personal items. Why is it so hard to deliver mail with the correct address on it to the correct address? Last package was left on door step out front by the busy road and it rained and everything was soaked inside. Would like to know how I can stop this, and if anyone out here in East Milton is having same issues with their mail? HELP !!!

Zero Stars if it could have been rated. Package delivery from the Milton post office is miserably inadequate. Package boxes are regularly left unlocked with packages in them, never notifying the person that their package has arrived. Despite reporting this to the postmaster and being told he would take care of it on numerous occasions, it still happens frequently. I see more postal errors each week then I had my entire life prior to moving here.

i have been waitin to get my mail box key changed and i have been trying it everyday for the past three days and it was suppose to had been done three days ago i need to get my mail out of the box and need to put mail in the box i looked the number up in the phone book oh no there is not a listing for the milton post office so i tried to look it up online at real yellow pages .com and they give you a 1 800 number and then u have to talk to a recording and answer questions just so that you can finally talk to a live person and them give you the main milton post office number why do you have to go through so much just to check recieve and send out your amil i have two small children and pregnant with my third i dont feel like having to jerk myself around so that i can make sure things are done the way they should be when its thier job to make sure so the man didnt get out here the day they said that he would or the next day but he is out now and they cant say if he is going to be able to change it today well they told me once and it was wrong so maybe its a good things that they cant tell me again i swear i hate this littl etown because the people in it act as if they have lost thier heads and dont know whats going on i mean they even took my phone number at the post office when i got my two keys they could have called and said hey we havent got out there yet and the people that moved in the same days as me they got three keys and only one of them work i mean come on post office dont half a** do your job do it the way you are suppose to you have to be a graduate to work there let someone else work there that doesnt have one and it would probably get done a little better or atleast thats the way i feel because yall are jokes i didnt even want to hit one star but you have to lol
