walked into Massey's for Mercedes 2000 clk seats that when I called they clearly said they had over the phone. The attendant Debbie did not want to assist in locating the part tried to past me off to another attendant Mickey whom was busy at the moment. Debbie was just down right rude, I gave her the number associated with the part and she acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. After trying to be patient with her and standing in front of her willing to purchase the part she I looked but disregarded me as if I want standing there answered other phone calls and was reluctant to help. COMPLETELY IGNORED ME ALL TOGETHER. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just didn't like the "way" I looked but ownership should evaluate who they have representing their company. Mickey on the other hand was cool,
