I LOVED the service!!! Shazy did such a great job, in a acceptable period of time, & a GREAT attitude, Lovely person, & an AMAZING professional service!!! I liked her a lot!! Get it together!

I love JCPenney, but I've had such a bad time with the one in the Wolfchase Galleria! I had to return to the store TWICE to fix things that were wrong with one purchase, and although the manager apologized, he didn't offer any incentive for me to return to the store. They often leave the security devices on clothes, and the price may ring up higher than the ticket says! My money was refunded, but should it have taken two trips back?? I still shop there - I'm just careful about looking at the receipt and feeling for the security devices before I leave. Too bad - JCPenney's used to be nicer.
