The reason class one collision has been in business for 28yrs is we do excellent work and have satisfied customers who we value. Robert was a very satisfied customers when he signed off on the completed repairs ,we save him all his deductible and the car looked great. he in turn asked the owner if he could do some paint work to our building trim he said he was a painter and his business was slow and he needed the work, so my boss and him agreed on a price and rober stated the job would be done in 3 days , we paid him half up front and the other s not finishhalf was to be paid upon completion of the job which after 2wks still was not finished and what he did was sloppy and very unprofessional he would not correct the mistakes and finish the job. i would not let robert paint my dogs toenails now. we tried to talk to him about but he was rude and mean about something that could have helped him doing the slowness of the business when he needed it. we are very disappointed in his actions and false reports against our company.
