I wish I could say we are happy with this company, but the truth is we are extremely disappointed. We asked them to come back out to our house 2 weeks after the treatment due to continued spiders and ants. They came back out grudgingly and were fairly rude to my husband, but at least they came back out. The ants never left the inside of our house, and within 6 more weeks they had overrun our bathroom. I called this company again to see what our recourse was and the owner was very rude, began raising his voice and got very defensive on the phone with me. I explained I was only asking what kind of recourse or additional services we might get from them and he pointedly told me to go somewhere else, and hung up on me. I have rarely been so upset over a conversation with a business, and this one took the cake. I do not recommend them to anyone, because not only is the service poor, but the interaction left me pretty stunned, and I would like to protect other people from dealing with them.

Nothing beats a family operated business! These guys know what they're doing and they do it right! If something goes wrong, they'll fix it. They are worth every penny and I wouldn't choose any other company to trust over them!!
