I placed a simple light bulb order 5 weeks ago to the day and they still have not come in. There was no word from the store updating me on the status and the staff just gave the runaround. Dale and Luke have selective amnesia when it came to my order. The manager Janice wasn't any more helpful. I am still awaiting a call on the arrival of my order. Very disorganized & forgetfull staff.
