Staff is lovely, office is small but cozy and puts you at ease. Very clean and smells lovely, calming atmosphere. You're always greeted warmly and in a timely manner regardless of how busy. Process from start to finish from making an appointment for an interview to going to offices for interviews is extremely streamlined and smooth. One thing to note is, their services are actually "temp-to-hire". After you meet your hour requirements you have the potential to become a permanent employee at the office that hired you on. Their service is a free service to you and only work with medical specialty offices that work on a Mon-Fri schedule, no holidays. They work around your wage requirements and positions interested in so they find you a good fit where you will be happy and valued. It makes job hunting so much easier and the communication is 10x better than applying to Indeed on your own or waiting for other large hospitals to get back to you months after applying.

I have worked with this office twice, once in 2020 and again in 2022. They were so nice and polite during the application and interview process and they get to know you on a personal level- not just formalities and what is on paper; a family-like atmosphere. The communication and transparency is wonderful - you always are in the loop and adapt to your needs; you feel valued and not just like another potential employee number or body on their payroll list. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the medical field- they are truly wonderful and are unlike any other agency I have worked with prior.

This is probably one of the best Staffing Agencies I have ever applied at, including ones in Portland. The staff is professional and friendly and concerned about how you feel when you accept a job. I got a job within the first two weeks of applying there! Two interviews the first week I applied there. If your looking for long term employment that pays well see them!!

The office does indeed smell of animal, but that is neither here nor there.Employee left me alone to fill out paperwork and sign various contracts and consent forms without discussing the terms of my employment. I was not told how much I would be paid prior to being expected to sign away my privacy.Employee was carrying on a loud conversation about someone's wedding, and using inappropriate language (swearing) on the phone.Unprofessional. Avoid.

This is for the person who is "Jess" your information is very incorrect. The owner had a 3lb dog in the office many years ago and there has not been any dog since nor did you see any dog go to the restroom on the floor. This is a lie and I have worked here for over 10 years and know the truth. We are a professional office with Karin, Yvonne, and Marta and we are a FREE service to help applicants find medical and clerical positions in the Rogue Valley.

Low-ball pay. Won't tell me who they expect me to work for. All-in-all, a dodgy business. Why would anyone pay these people to find workers for their office?

Unprofessional. The owner was SCREAMING at her staff and there were dogs in the office. One of them pooped on the floor right in front of me! I was also asked if I had any children! Illegal!

It has been awhile since I first met JJ & Karen at First Choice Staffing. I was very pleased to meet with them once again after 3 yrs. Again they did get me some interviews and was able to get employment with a local medical office.I am so pleased, They are great and wanted to let experienced medical people this is the only place to go.Jennifer

I did find work threw A First Choice Staffing and thought they were great. It took a few months but this position in the medical office is wonderful and just what I have been looking for. I loved the one on one and felt they did try to help to get what I was looking for.
