The functions that we cater range from small intimate dinners to large cocktail parties of 150 or more. ALL of the food preparation is done by US. I graduated in 1974. I have been working in the food service business ever since. I have worked in airline catering kitchens. Small private restaurants. Country clubs and hotels. I have taught cooking lessons to individuals in their homes and to groups in a classroom. In october of 1999 I moved to east tennessee for the third time. (I GOT it right this time!).
