i have been there a few times but cant remember whats the longest range they have and can you shoot a shot gun there ?

I went in for a first time firing of my handgun and use of a indoor firing gun range and the customer serbvice was very helpful and gave me some tips and was also with me for a few tips upon entering the firing range area. Rates are reasonable and they also have various classes available for beginners all the way up to avid shooters.

So, since they would not lookup a gift card that someone else purchased so you could use it, you feel they are a bad company with bad customer service? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard! I don’t even know how to respond to that, if anything I would be glad they didn’t give out any information. It makes me feel that they have good security on their customer’s information. Last thing I want is for just anyone to call them and get all my information especially be able to get any gift card information and be able to use it.



Let me setup a situation, I am at work and was talking with a co-worker about firearms. I mention my family realizes I enjoy my time at the range so they get me a gift card that would be enough for a membership. Not realizing this co-worker was shady, they call up the range and obtain the gift card because they know enough about me after working together for so many years.



This would open the doors to a number of lawsuits against the range and they are just covering both their butts and yours. Stop being a lazy P O S and go to your Mother in-laws house and get it if you cannot wait for her to deliver it you ungrateful d-bag.

It seems to me that a small business should have a few good qualities especially when it comes to customer service. My mother in law purchased a gift certificate from this place for Christmas but has not had the chance to deliver it to me. So I called this shop to find out if they could look it up via her name so I could use their range. My question were met with skepticism and rude comments. I will not be purchasing any additional products from this business and will tell all that I know to steer clear of this company. If I am to be met with rude customer service I would prefer to take my business else where and suggest that anyone thinking about purchasing from this place do the same. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
