Steve and Cathy at CSM Custom Rugs made a daunting task- selecting new carpet for an entire upper floor and having it installed- a very enjoyable one. Their showroom selection includes high quality manufacturers and considerable variety. They take the time to educate, explaining the features and advantages of possible choices. It was evident from the start that they weren’t trying to “sell” me something. They were simply helping me make the best decision that fit my budget but also gave me just what I wanted. Steve scheduled the measurement promptly and got me on his installation calendar on dates that were convenient to me. His install team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and got the job done according to what had been estimated. The finished product is fantastic, just as promised. As part of the project, his team moved all furniture, which really simplified what was required of me prior to the installation. They placed every piece where it had been and even made the beds back up! A first-class project. Thanks, CSM!
