Trees That Please Nursery prides itself on providing the right plant for the right space. In the case of Francis A. the issue she describes was completely resolved through the mediation of the BBB of New Mexico providing us with a perfect rating. We not only provide plants but also the proper care procedures. During the process Francis admitted to not watering her grass through the winter months which is critical to the establishment of a new lawn. Of course our drought magnified the probable damage to the root system of her new lawn. In the spring her lawn came back in patches where it was still alive. She contacted the store and asked for a return on her investment. We explained that we would not refund or replace if the issue was due to lack of proper care, in this instance, critical winter watering. The BBB was satisfied with our steps in resolving this issue.

I boutht grass seeds and every thing that was needed according to the casher to plant my grass from the nursery and the grass died I am a widower and I planted the last grass and watered it and it died within 6 months this company don't even give you any directions for growing new grass so I wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the manager made up lies about the service It is a shame that a business can be so minulipative with customers now this year I had to completey retill the ground and rake it all out and start all over I will never buy anything from a small crackerjack small company no wonder the small business dont servive I will never buy any thing from Los Lunas or Belen night mare.
