If I could give a NEGATIVE star, then I would. I spoke with Juan for over an hour deciding on what I could do to help my credit. Finally, decided to go forward with his services and he was NON-RESPONSIVE and only contacted ONE of my creditors ONE time. They said he called in and asked for information that he could not retain. I asked numerous times for my money back, a year later NOTHING. Currently, I am looking into taking legal action to get my money back! It's all a SCAM!
