Avoid this clinic, they are an unorganized mess and your pet will suffer

I was reffered here by my vet for my cat with stage 4 cancer. Dr Shulman was more interested in writing a paper for a University on my cats condition than actually treating her. When the results from the blood tests came back, it took the office 3 days to inform me after they had gotten the results. In fact I had to call them for the results. Then when I came back from a business trip they refused to refill my cats prescription for twenty-four hours. When I went in there to get a doctor to refill the prescription they told me to take my cat elsewhere.

I repeat don't take your pet to this clinic. The office manager is totally disorganized and took a week to refund me an overpayment that other vets put directly back onto my credit card. If you love your pet drive the extra distance to any of the other critical care specialists. They all have the same equipment.

My other vets were so caring they sent me a condolensce card when my cat passed.

This vet sent me a "you're cats not welcome here anymore" letter. AVOID At All Costs!

CAUTION!!!!!!

CAUTION!!!! If you love your pet do not take him/her to ASG. NO compassion, NO specialty care, only a focus on your Money. My cat “Monkey” suffered in their care for 24 hours and when I arrived to visit him the next day he was almost dead! Nobody noticed he was unconscious, having difficulty breathing, and defecating on him-self. Only then did they start treatment just to satisfy me. He died less than twelve hours later. There are too many doctors and techs working here to get personalized care for your pet. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I deeply regret taking him here, my cat deserved better care than he received at ASG.

Avoid this Clinic

AVOID taking your pet here at all costs! The vet I dealt with was arrogant and dismissive, and she lacked compassion. Her recommendations were questionable (this was confirmed by another vet from whom I sought a second opinion). In fact, her recommendations would have put my pet at greater risk. Also, interns are the ones who handle your pet during the critical first moments of an emergency; this does not evoke confidence given that proper care and decision-making are crucial in these situations. The intern who saw my pet couldn't even answer my questions adequately. And not only did he show a lack of knowledge, he was also arrogant. My experience with ASG was horrible, and I regret ever putting my pet's care in their hands.
