Not a good experience!

I got my rifle to put a conventional scope on it. After he drilled and taped the rifle he says it's not going to work. Then he suggested a rail he used before, which he already was doing it without me knowing. This all took about 2 months. Then he gets the scope on and I go to the range. The rail comes loose while sighting the rifle. Take it back he says he weld the receiver. Take it home and the thing still moving. Told him I wanted to plug the holes to get it back or close to original because I don't like the work he did. I still waiting for his response. The guy is a great person, but he ain't to good in drilling a rifle receiver.
