With the kind of luck I have, I've witnessed first-hand the capabilities of many tow truck companies. This job was especially difficult, and Ewing Brothers pulled it off with professionalism and style. Our tow was a 28ft Airstream motor home, wedged in between a house, a gate, and a property wall, made more challenging by a hedgerow, another fence and a neighbor's vehicle. It was impossible to get the tow truck straight-lined to the Airstream, and required the driver to pull, winch, re-pick, reposition, wiggle, bring his mirrors in to not hit a streetlight, watch 3 point guards and, in general, have his head on a swivel. The fact he didn't call in air support with a helicopter lift was impressive. The driver was very responsive to nervous owners (me and the wife, plus the owners of the wall, gate & neighbor's vehicle), and took the time necessary to extract our motor home without damage. Brett, our towing expert, brought cribbing, cabling, rigging and tools, and the knowledge to use all options available on his tow rig to perform precision maneuvers with only inches of clearance. I can not express enough our gratitude to Brett for his help and professionalism with our baby. Ewing Brothers' truck was clean and well-maintained, the attitude of their staff was excellent from dispatcher to driver, and the results were fantastic.

Thes people stole my wedding ring and band out of my car when it was towed to their tow yard. 2 employees were allowed access to my car and the manager(Ron) 1 of the employees stated he seen both of my rings in the vehicle but the other one along with the manager said they werent in the car. the one employee that said he seen my rings told me and the manager he did in fact see my rings in the car. police reports had to be filed in hopes that i do get my Wedding rings back but with how they handled this issue i feel the manager may have something to do with this! im writing a review on every site they use to advertisr because people should be aware of the theft that is committed everyday at this place. DONT have you car towed here they are dishonest, untrustworthy of keeping ur valuables secure(which they did tell me my things were secure bit when the car was returned to me they had a torn bag with some of my belongings.) Also, they lack customer service skills.

These guys are pirates. The Nevada Highway patrol referred us to them to get a car towed after a minor accident, and it all went downhill from there. When we got picked up (after an hour freezing on the side of the road), we were given a choice: get towed to their 'yard' or to a place of our choosing. The driver assured us that if we were towed to the yard, insurance would cover the cost of towing, while getting towed elsewhere (say, a mechanic) would have to be paid on the spot. Luckily we checked with insurance, because they assured us they would *not* pay for towing regardless of the location. In any case, we weren't familiar with the area, so we decided the 'yard' was as good a place as any, especially since it had a sister body shop that could look at the car in the next couple of days and give us a repair estimate. We arrived at the yard, which is in a run-down part of town, and were dropped off at an office of sorts while the car was towed into a lot surrounded by barbed wire. When we asked inside if we could see the car briefly to make some decisions about what to do from there, we were told that it would cost us $50 to see it. Furthermore, in the next couple of days, when we asked for an estimate, we were told that we would have to first pay the towing costs and storage fees (as well as a release fee) before their body shop (literally 10 feet away) could look at the car. They also charge a fee for getting rid of the car if it ends up being totaled, despite the fact that other companies will actually pay you and then pick it up for free. In summary, these folks are *not* at all the place you want your car to end up; pick a mechanic out of a hat if you have the choice for where to tow your car, and at all costs avoid encountering this business if possible.

Great job by Ewing Brothers. Randy gave us a not to exceed quote and stayed right on track when they raised our Carriage 5th wheel so it would not hit the bed rails of the truck when making a turn. Our 2014 Ram was quite a bit higher than our older Dodge.Ronnie & Vern did a great job for us and we now have 7 inches or clearance. I would definitely recommend them.

It's bullcrap that the company (Ewing Bros Towing) that towed my car from my accident, ripped off my rear bumper and caused a extra $1500.00+ or more in damages to my car and did not tell anyone about it.. It wouldn't even be that big of a deal if the tow truck driver would of just mentioned something to someone, accidents happen.. I think it is very unfair that my insurance company (Nationwide) will have to pay for damages to my car that was not created by my accident... In addition someone stole my viper radar detector\the charger\suction cup holder for it, iPhone charger case, new bottle of sean jean cologne (but left the cap to it in the cup holder) they lost my keys and stole brand new set of earrings still in box in-which they threw the bag and receipt on the floorboard of my car... Very upsetting that a "so called professional company" has employees like that... So either it was the towing company or the Highway patrol who did this, I think I know who it was.. This is very frustrating... I filed a complaint with their office and they acted like it was no big deal and blew me off.. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and National Transportation Authorities.. I posted a post on Facebook for no more than 20 mins and over 9 of my common friends had similar incidents happen to them.. This has to stop..!! The tow occurred on 9\15\12 on\around 4:30am, Orange 2011 Dodge Charger.......... SB

my girlfriend wrecked her 92 buick regal, ewing towed it to there yard and set me up with their bodyshop the same day. The car turned out to be not worth repairing, she didnt have full coverage so i thought we were stuck with it. They hooked us up with a salvage yard that paid us cash for the car and covered the tow bill.

When my vehicle broke down on the freeway and had to be towed, I called Ewing Bros. They were there in a timely manner and the driver was great. Being out of state, my insurance company advised me to get the vehicle into a body shop. Since I had spoken with the driver, I knew that Ewing Bros had a body shop on site that could get my vehicle from storage lot and help me get the process going with my insurance company. Great Job Ewing Bros. for all of the help.

Coming from someone who knows the process of everything thaty goes on at a tow yard, I can honestly say some people have no clue on what goes on in this world? Who do u think pays the bills when it comes to the weekends or holidays?? Certainly not the insurance companies or the police?? It is not a charity?? If your car was recovered stolen, LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TAKE CARE OF IT?? I mean that's what you pay them for right? Or should tow companies start working for donations just to appease the public??

Leave no doubt tow truck companies are the butt crack of society. While waiting to get my stolen car out ($350) of impound I overheard one of the disgusting tow truck drivers tell the dispatch (doesn’t have any more room left on her face for piercings) “come on woman make me some money”. Everyone working in there thinks they passed the bar exam when I doubt one of them could pass the GED exam. This is an industry badly in need of regulation when they are allowed to charge $29.95 for second visit to your car and $104.95 to visit your car on the weekends or on holidays. Tow truck companies are allowed to legally extort people out of money and my only guess is the people allowing this (elected officials) get some sort of kick back from the shady people who work there. You think being a Pimp is bad but a tow truck company employee isn’t very far behind.
