Provided by YPmobileThis office will not see any patients unless Dr. LaFon's name is on your insurance card! Even if you are referred by the insurance company. To get an appointment you would need to call your insurance company, have them create a new card with Dr. LaFon's name on it and send it out to you. Then you could call and make an appointment... For the following month! This Doctor must be living on peanuts.
