Awesome, my favorite place to go!❤️ Always super nice! I never leave that place unsatisfied👑They do it your way, no need to be hoping if your set will come out the same as how you want it because that’s how you will get it!!

This is the worst place and I can't believe MMV allows this place to stay open. Brian, the owner/manager did my fill. He didn't bother to thoroughly apply the fill or buff out my nails properly before applying polish. Be mindful of charges. They will nickel and dime. To trim my nails with fill is additional. It's sad we do not have a nice nail place in the mall. Oh, he stopped doing my nails 3x to check his cell phone...

DONT GO THERE THE PERFECT ENGLISH SPEAKING ASIAN MAN TOLD MY DAUGHTER SHE WASNT PRETTY ENOUGH FOR FRIENDS!!! And they did a crappy pedicure and we're not clean wiped her toenail clippings on her

They are really shady, i got gift card for the salon and told them exactly what i want at the price or a little more of the gift card. When payin got charge extra cuz got different color without telling me first. Probably would not go back there.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED WHAT I DID TODAY!! THE "MANAGER" DID MY FILL AND THE WHOLE TIME ALL HE DID WAS COMPAIN ABOUT THE FACT THAT IT HAD BEEN HIS DAY OFF AND HE HAD A PARTY PLANNED TO WATCH FOOTBALL AND DRINK BEER!! HE RUSHED THROUGH LEAVING MY NAILS THICK AND JAGGEDLY SHAPED ON THE SURFACE AS WELL AS THE EDGES. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE FIX THESE THINGS I DIDN’T LIKE HE IMMEDIATELY BECAME DEFENSIVE SAYING THEY LOOKED WORSE WHEN I HAD CAME IN, HE ALSO SAID IF I DIDN’T LIKE THEM I STILL HAD TO PAY $30.00 OR I COULDNT LEAVE! I TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY AS LONG AS HE FIXED THEM, HE REFUSED AND SAID I COULD LEAVE BUT HE WAS GOING TO CUT OFF MY HALF PAINTED NAILS!! THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE SALON I WAS COMPLETED HUMILIATED! HE WENT ON TO ACCUSE ME OF ALWAYS GOING THERE AND COMPLAINING TO RECEIVE FREE SERVICES?!! I SELDOMLY COME TO THIS SALON!! AFTER WE WENT BACK AND FORTH HE AGREED TO FIX THE PROBLEM HE BEGAN FILING, I FIGURED HE WAS CORRECTING THEM. TO MY HORROR HE DUG DEEPLY INTO ALL MY NAILS IN A WAY THAT LEFT DEEP GROOVES WITH THE DRILL. THEN SAID THAT’S IT IM NOT FINISHING THEM YOU NEED TO LEAVE DON’T PAY JUST GO. I WAS IN COMPLETE DISBELIEF I WENT TO ANOTHER SALON AFTER AND THEY SAID HE DAMAGED MY REAL NAILS SO BADLY WITH THE DRILL, THAT THEY RECOMMENDED I TAKE OFF THE DAMAGED SET AND GIVE MY REAL NAIL TIME TO HEAL!! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY THIS MAN AND HIS APPARENT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I HEARD AT THE SALON THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HEAR ABOUT THIS MANAGER AND HIS RANTS EITHER!!!

Don't ever come here, the worst salon in Las Cruces. The Owner and people at this place are uneducated, rude.

The worst place I have been. I went for a gel manicure and received no manicure just a polish. The man did not soak my hands, push my cuticle back, anything that would consider this a manicure. I asked the man why he wasn't doing any of this his response was everyone does them different. I have traveled all over an received manicures and they were all the same. After I kept complaining he said he does all of that after he paints the nail......uumm what sense does that make. The point is to soften the cuticle and skin for easy removal but OK I'll go with that. Well he finishes painting and says OK.

Also written in print on the wall says $30 gel manicure. He decided that mine cost $37. So almost $40 to literally just get my nails painted. Never again. My nails look awful and the man was so rude. Save your time and money and paint your nails at home before going there.

I love the work they do at this salon! It's good that they don't really rush when they are doing your nails. However, it's a little on the pricey side, and you can wait a long time. I had to stop going there, my last trip took me 3 hours for a fill (due to the wait time).

Yep, I got fungus. Never come back again.
