I have to absolutely agree with rest of customers. Big O Tires in Cruces has excellent services. I went to get 4 new tires for my sport car. A worker provided me with different options available, prices and honest recommendation. They scheduled an appointment as soon as they were expecting the tires (in about 4 days). Services was fast and they even texted me to let me know my car was finished earlier than expected. I have to say I had a little disagreement with the services, as my wheels (especially one of them), appeared damaged from changing the tires. After discussing this with a worker, I got to finally talk to the Manager, Tommy. He was very reasonable, understanding and finally found a very pleasant solution for my complain. I have to say I am very impressed with the way the Manager Tommy dealt with the whole situation. Extremely professional person and very nice personal treatment. Thanks for your service Tommy.
