American WAY cleaning is a residential cleaning service. Before giving a quote for a cleaning I like to GO to the home to DO an evaluation. Prices are based on square footage. The level of cleaning required. And the frequency AT which the customer signs UP for the services. I offer a basic cleaning service. Which includes: Kitchen (counters. Sink. And exterior of appliances). Bathrooms (counters. Sinks. Toilets. And BATHTUBS/SHOWERS). Dusting. Sweeping. Mopping. And vacuuming. The basic cleaning is offered on a weekly. BI weekly. Monthly. And one-time basis. I Also offer deep cleanings. These include anything that goes above and beyond a basic cleaning. Some examples of deep cleanings are: windows (inside and outside). Baseboards. The interior of Kitchen appliances. And the interior of KITCHEN/BATHROOM cabinets and drawers. I DO NOT have SET prices for deep cleanings. Prices vary depending on what the task is and the level of work INVOLVED. I DO have a large supply of MY OWN cleaning products. I carry both mainstream cleaning products and ECO-FRIENDLY cleaning products. In some cases some customers prefer ME to USE their OWN cleaning products. I offer cleanings in LAS cruces. NEW Mexico and the surrounding areas.
