High Pressure!!!!

I went there to get a tune up and change a fuel filter they recommended after the last oil change I had there! They refused to do the tune up without doing a diagnostic test that cost $99!!! The fee would not be applied to the tune up and filter change I went in there to get!!! It was an extra charge they tried to put on me to tell me what I already knew was needed! I asked the salesman again to let's just do the tune up and change the filter he said no let's just do the diagnostic and started typing it up on the computer not even giving me a choice in the matter!!!! What!?!?! I left there angry and went down the street to one of their competitors! My car is running great!!!! Better than it ever has!!! No thanks to Firestone!!!!
