Provided my rental reservation information, got everything verified and I was told to wait while my car arrived. Strange, I made a reservation, you would think a car would be available, let alone any car. You look at the parking lot and there are ZERO cars to select. The staff apologizes that it's a weekend and to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes. An hour later, I receive zero updates on the status of my car even though there are 4 people working at the kiosks and no one currently is being served. Talk about mismanagement of expectations. Stay away from this location! Expect a long wait, zero selection of cars, and terrible customer service. I like to call this the Enterprise trifecta. SP needs to begin providing negative star ratings

I have always loved Enterprise and have used them for personal and business for many years now. This past time I rented a full size car and when I arrived to pick it up I ended up waiting for over an hour to get a car. I made my reservation time 8AM to pick up and I arrived a little after that and left the lot at about 930AM. The next week when I brought the car back I arrived a little later than I had planned but was there around 10AM. I realized a couple days later I was charged an extra $17 for the two hour late drop off because I had set the pick up and drop off to 8AM. I don't think it's fair that I am charged extra when I had to wait for a car in the first place and really was only half an hour after the time I originally took the car off the lot. I know it's only $17 and I am not a cheap person so I didn't go back or call but just wanted to let people know to look for this in case it happens to them. Also when I took the car it was on empty and I brought it back at half a tank full and I didn't ask for a credit on that nor was I offered.

I made a reservation for 2pm, got there around 3:30pm but didn't get out of there till a bit after 5pm. Car not ready, needed to be washed then gased. I was pressed for time, needed to be at the airport by 6:30pm. Other than that, Shelby and Vaughn provided outstanding customer service. I've been a customer for the past 30 years so I expect nothing but the best service/care.

The service was extremely slow, and the employee who came to note down the mileage and gas during the pickup, tried really really hard to sell expensive insurance by using scaring tactics.

Excellent service. I was in and out quickly with no hassle. Everyone is super friendly.

Will not be using this this particular rental place, nor ANY Enterprise Rental service service is poor., not enough people to run the place. Just real unorganized in general....only one guy to take care of check in cars (along with bringing up new rentals. He was definitely over worked and over paid. The last and most annoying thing was when the front desk clerk told me I couldn't pay for my charges with my credit card..My girlfriend rented the car under her name and her credit card. I don't know how many times we have done this at all the other major car rentals. He was very in sensitive to my needs, and had the nerve to ask me how he did in case I was called on a survey. I will tell the world,Including Jesus Christ never, ever , patronage this place , or Any in their Franchises.

Professional and efficient in service. I've dealt with all the rental companies. Enterprise by far is in a league of their own. The Glendale location gets a thumbs up from me. Outstanding customer service, will definitely rent again from here.
