I have been a patient there for years and so has my wife . I set an appointment for my elderly mom. Tammy Velma was very helpful and followed up as she said with the info on what my moms insurance would cover We realized we had a conflict and I called back. A bright cheery voice of Bonnie Williams answered and said it is a beautiful day at Eldorado Smiles. We discussed possible dates and said I would call right back. When I called back Tammy did not answer and the person said she was in a meeting then put me on hold and said here she is. Tammy knew I would be calling back excused herself with a meeting with Dr Sauers to take me call. She wanted to complete what she said she would do for me. That is customer service !

This office tries to upsell PPO plans which is insurance fraud. They overcharge patients by a significant amount this is insurance fraud. Recommend that all patients to check their EOB'S from there insurance companies. You get a copy of one in the mail anytime you have services rendered. If you have a PPO plan do not go to this office. They do not what their know what they're doing. They are contracted with most PPO plans and there are set fees per service provided per their contract they may not upset or trying add on any additional fees it is fraud. They come it insurance fraud daily. They are under review by HIPAA, the Dental Board, and several insurance companies.

Do not respect your time. Make you wait. Try to upsell. There are lots of other dentist in FRISCO

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR DENTAL CLEANING. They wanted to charge me almost 1000.00 for a Dental Cleaning. I have been going to my prior dentist for 13 years and never once had to pay out-of-pocket. These people are swindlers. Be very careful. After I told them I would not pay that much money, they quickly dropped it down to 400.00. WOW! What a scam.

Went here for the last 1-2 years..had some good experiences but an equal amount of bad ones. Everytime I go I see new people, I never get the same assistant or dentist. They do not tell me that the dental hygenist I request no longer works there (even after speaking to them on the phone twice within a week of the appt) so I get there and get stuck with someone who I have never seen and is no longer there...They do not let me know my treatment will not be covered until I actually come in for the visit which seems like something they would do beforehand since they have financial people there who are so quick to speak to you in regards to treatments and payment plans while your sitting in the dental chair. I will never go back here again and unfortunately I was kind enough to refer 5 people here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I got a coupon on Groupon for a discounted cleaning with free x-rays. Initially I was told I have perfect teeth, except for a crack in my filling on my back left tooth. I was told that I should get it fixed immediately because I could get a really bad infection. It was suggested to not redo the filling but get a crown which was really expensive. I agreed to get the crown because, I feared an infection. The procedure was supposed to take about an hour. I ended up being there for about 4 hours. I was injected (stabbed in my gums) with literally 15-20 times with novacane. For some reason I was not getting numb. I began to cry in the chair because of the pain and the fact I wanted to leave but couldnt now that the filling was removed. He finally put the crown on ( which I feel was not put on correctly), but a few days later I got a horrible infection around the tooth that was worked on from all of the injections. The crown has chipped and cracked since I've gotten it and I was told the material its made from wouldn't. OVERALL THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I hate going to the dentist now because of this experience. They derserve NO stars.

Unprofessional, rude and the way the ortho is run is a joke. The woman working in ortho rescheduled us 4 times then cancelled the day before my son was to have his braces on. Looking back - thank god I went somewhere else.

Unprofessional business practices. Questionable medical practices. After incorrectly billing my insurance company, the office manager refused to correct the billing even after the insurance company representative recommended it. The doctor refused to return any of my calls. The doctor did not always see the patient during regular dental exams.

If there was 1/2 a star I would have chosen it as this business doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst dentist I ever went to. Dental hygienist tried to sell me a very expensive treatment and when I mentioned I couldn't afford it she said she had to go to another patient. At most she cleaned my teeth for 5 min and left. My teeth look like they have not been cleaned. The dentist said I needed extensive work done I mentioned I had to wait until I could afford it and when I asked if he had photos to show me to see what it would look like he said he would send me photos. He never did. I phoned the office to complain re: the hygienist not doing her job properly they did not try to have me come in to do the work correctly. The hygienist situation was one red flag and the second is the fact the dentist kept saying he would supply photos but never did. I wish I would have seen the other reviews posted here before I went in.

worst place ever don't go there

I went in with pain on my top left side, back of mouth, Dr said I had one tooth that needed a crown, one crown that needed replaced, and a bottom tooth leaning due to missing tooth(need to get bridge). I got one tooth grinded down, and two new crowns but I am still having some pain on left side back of mouth. Lots of money to pay to leave with the same problem- not sure if I got my moneys worth. Getting x-rays, cleaning(not sure if I got the full treatment because she spent little time on me), and waiting on them to make the crowns- 4.5 hours later I was done and got to leave. I'm not sure if I want to get the bridge done here...

DO NOT GO THERE! The dentist is misdiagnosing in order to get more money. The dentist told me I had a cracked tooth. IMMEDIATELY another guy came in and had all these payment and fee options up on a screen and said they could cap the tooth RIGHT NOW, TODAY...they were pressuring me to get it done, however, I could feel something was wrong since I had recently had my teeth clean somewhere else. I then went back to my normal dentist(further from my house) and had him look at my teeth and clean them. After his review, I then asked him, DO YOU SEE A CRACKED tooth? he said NO. I knew Eldorado Dentistry was trying to make money and this is HORRIBLE!!!!

I just retired from the military and took my son to this place. First thing I noticed was the amount of x-rays was way over board. I have had tons of work done on my teeth from the Navy as well as the Army and in all my years of going to the dentist I never had so many xrays done on my teeth but any ways. My sons done with his xrays and its his turn to get his check up and cleaning, within minutes of the dentist looking in his mouth he says to my 10year old son that he needs braces. This kind of upset me a little. I thought they would at least tell me and not my son, but anyways hes done with his cleaning and check up now its my turn so the tech is leading me to the chair and we walk by an office and there is like 5 detists and a few techs looking at a computer screen of my teeth, thought that was a little odd but anyways we get to the chair and I sit down the first thing th dentist says to me is you had a lot of work done, I tell him my story of getting ll me teeth capped and how it took 3years to do. The next thing he tells me is its going to have to be redone? I was lost? I just had this finished less than four years ago and was told besides a few crack repairs these shoud last a while? The dentist told me I have recieding gums and then he proceded to tell me how they can do this quickly because they make the teeth at the office and he aso took me on a tour! Once his was over we finally get back to the chair and he can start the checkup and cleaning and minues into it he tells me I have gigivitis??? How could this be I just had my final dental chaeckup meaning in the military before you retire or you get out you have to pass your checkup or they keep you until your good to go? Im starting to get really upset at this time, but before I can tell the dentist anything the office insurance representative is sitting next to me explain the procedure and the costs! Thats not even the good part so we leave and my sons all upset hes got to get braces I have gigivitis and I didnt even get my teeth cleaned. Then we get a notice from the dentist stating we didnt pay the bill. I have tricare dental insurance, so i call them and they explain that someone at the office incorrectly entered my social thats why they didnt pay the detist office. So i call the dentist office and explain this to them. A couple of weeks and the letters and phone calls start again till i finally called and had them fix it over the phone. Like i said I have insurance but the bill was very hefty for one childs cleaning and xrays now I know why they took so many, anyways if your in the military or a military family member stay as far away as you can from this place. I went to Serene Dentistry in Frisco took my son again and they said he doesnt need braces they actually cleaned my teeth and said I dont have gingivitis and my teeth are fine. They dont do tours at this place or show your teeth off, they just do good work!!!

After going to the same Fort Worth dentist for many years, I had to change due to location. At first I was a bit hesitant because you never know what to expect, but I'm very glad I found Eldorado Smiles. Not only is near my home, but they make the experience pleasant. The place is new and they have very modern equipment. Everyone I met there was very nice. They definitely ensure that everyone working there has great customer service skills.
