I seen a bad review on here from a guy with a communication problem,Wow,really,this yard might have some mud,so what,the cars here isn't ram sacked like pick n pull,this yard don't have employee's calling there friends to get first pick at a hard to find car,the prices are a lot better on everything,their inventory is great,the employee's here treat everyone the same,if your in the yard and have a question,the employee's will stop and help you,I have never had a problem here with service,but I never have called for someone to go check for a part for me,that is our job to find the part we need,iv'e been coming to pick a part for years and never had ant problem,but pick n pull I have had many problems,like asking about a set of springs on a jeep,the lady told me it would be the same price as a car,so I spent a couple of hours in the rain removing the parts and then the manager said no it was a truck not a car and wanted to charge me twice as much,but if pick a part tells you a price that is what you will pay,a much more honest place to get parts,thank you pick a part

from outside they look professional but their yard is small, mud everywhere, glass shards, trash, parts all over. customer service is okay. my biggest prob: no inventory so they cant tell you what they got, its a big gamble if you go in.

I called and spoke with Ivan in the office for prices for parts for my truck he asked what yard as they in like I work their. I said u work their not me he said no I work in the office with a nice a/c. So I said to transfer me over to someone that knows what their doing and he hung up on me. I called back and same guy answered so I said I want to speak to someone else and he said he's the only one their. I will never go to this company again

Got a great deal on a car battery.



Pick n pull wanted $48 for a reconditioned battery - big core charge.



Went to Pick A Part and found a good used one for $20 with only a $2 core charge.
