Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased 2 tickets to a show and had a family emergency occur. When I contacted them to explain my situation and ask to exchange my tickets for a different show they flat out refused. They stated a no refund, no exchange policy. So if someone in your family gets sick or dies, you are stuck with your tickets and they won't work with you to make it right. That is the worst kind of business! They don't care about customers whatsoever. So now I'm out almost $50 for nothing. Buyer beware!
