At no point in time did I ask for a used part but when I went to go pick up my order it was used!!!! Additionally they insisted that I try the used part even though that isn't what I wanted. It took several phone calls and complaints over the course of two days to get them to finally order a NEW part. It took over a week to come in and when my mechanic was installing it he noticed that it was faulty. They keep giving me the run around and I have been waiting for a replacement for the faulty item for about a week. Once I get through this ordeal I'm never going to this shop again!!!!

This guy is a real jerk. Very short with me and his shop is in a horrible part of town. They have a large supply of parts but I'll never go here again simple because I was treated like garbage because I asked a few questions. Go elsewhere.
