This post office is terrible. They continue to delinver mail to the wrong addresses, eveyone in our apartment complex has complained.

They delivered an empty package to me and when I contacted them to find out what to do, they basically handed me a form and dismissed me. They said the manager would call me back about it which, of course, never happened.

I had to go to another location who informed me that the Handley office had given me the wrong form, and were genuinely sympathetic.

If this is your post office, call the postmaster and complain!

Poor Customer Service..

Can never get through as if the employees purposely leave the phone off the hook.

And when you go get through they put you on hold and never pick back up!
