THIS IS THE WORST BODY SHOP EVER!! THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BODY SHOP ALMOST $3,000 TO FIX MY CAR AND IT'S STILL DAMAGED! THEY HAVE REFUSED TO FIX THE SCRATCHES FROM THE WRECK AND MY SEAT IS STILL BROKEN. JACKIE (THE OWNER) JUST ACTS AS IF IT'S NO BIG DEAL AND NEVER RETURNS MY PHONE CALLS. HE ALWAYS HAS THE WORKERS TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO SAY THAT HE ISN'T THERE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS THAT PREY ON PEOPLE THAT HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER REPAIRS!!!! NOW I'M DRIVING AROUND IN A RUINED VEHICLE!

We're very sorry you left here with that impression. If you will recall, we offered to do repairs that were prior damage not included in the accident or covered repairs. Supplement for your seat repair was approved by the insurance company, but you decided to pick your vehicle up before repairs were done. We have no reason to "scam" anyone, our shop strives to make all repairs complete to pre accident condition, but we are bound to insurance rules and guidelines.

Staff was very helpful. Took the time to review the quote in detail and answer all my questions. I ended up having them do the work and was exreamly happy with the paint repairs. Can't even tell the car was ever damaged.
