Provided by YPmobileI have had the terrible misfortune of dealing with this company and I am taking it upon myself to save you the trouble. I literally signed up with this site just to write this review. Two months ago we notified the office that our conditioner was broken. After two weeks someone finally came to refill the freeon. This didn't fix the issue. The hvac tech gave us his card and said that if it didn't work to call him personally and he would talk to the office and fix it. He told them and they never got back to him. Two months later we are still without cold air in this Texas tripple digit summer. Now I have been going to the office for the last two weeks attempting to talk to someone there. Nobody is ever in the office it seems. Today I finally got someone on the phone, the owner. She is a very unpleasant woman to say the least. She immediately begins screaming and accussing me of being a liar. I am completely baffled at this situation. I refuse to pay my rent as I have been sweating profusely almost every second that I am in my home. Now the lady has made up new late fees and everything else trying to kick me out of this house. She acts like a teenage girl who is very upset with her father. And she's out to take it out on any man she can. I am still young but I have dealt with plenty of leasing offices, apt complexes etc to know that this is right. And the attitude, oh goodness, the attitude is the worst of it. I would highly suggest finding any other company to take your house or money to. I will be going to court to fight the eviction she is, as of me confronting her about the ac, so desperately trying to force on me. I can't speak for the entire company but the owner has bad karma headed her way for sure. I simply cannot understand what would compel a grown woman to act like that and it's very steady behavior. Be warned!!
