Provided by YP.comI went in on November 10, 2012 and was seen quickly. The nurses and doctor along with the xray techs were very professional. I had a mini stroke and had to be admitted to North Hills Hospital. An ambulance took me from the ER to the hospital. The only complaint I have is the male nurse that was starting a IV. He stuck me on the inside of my arm which hurt. I literally yelled that it hurt and he said needles hurt. I told him I always give blood so I know about needles. Did not like his attitude. I had a huge bruise. It was SO LARGE that my son took a picture to prove how bad it was.

Provided by YPmobileI took my 8 yr old daughter here due to her running a high fever. The male RN that took her vitals was a complete jerk.. I addressed my concerns for my child and the West Nile Virus. He proceeded to say that he had heard that 3x already that day and don't worry about it but to just spray Off on her and let her go! Really?? The dr was nice but didn't listen to any of the issues my daughter was having! He had a complete diagnosis within 5 min of checking her ears, throat, and lungs. I also expressed my concern of her only urinating once during the day( it was now 1:45 am) he didn't even ask questions give a comment or take a urinalysis! Upon discharge I look over the paperwork and it said when to return to the ER.. The same symptoms she was having were listed.. I was just amazed or should I say angry about the whole situation. I was told to follow up with her PCP which was 2 days away. After taking her to her PCP I was informed that my daughter was dehydrated and he needed to perform lab tests.. Which we are still waiting on and my daughter has been running fever going on 4 days.. Great job ER at alliance for giving a crap about the PTs who seek your care.. I was recommended to go here but after my experience I will not return and I will tell others to do the same! I have since contacted the Operations Manager of this facility and expecting her call back!

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend this ER to anyone. I took my brother-in-law there for pain in his side. They determined his symptoms were kidney stones. His brother had just been in the hospital with a blood clot that was originally diagnosed as kidney stones so I questioned the nurse just to be sure there was no other concerns. I could tell she was quite irritated that I even asked questions let alone questioned the diagnoses. She said she would send the doctor in to discuss, rolled her eyes, then left the room. The doctor then showed up with an attitude. I asked the same question and his immediate response was "did his brother have the EXACT same symptoms?". At that point I realized this doctor had no intention of listening to my concerns or the patients concerns. His only concerns was to stand by his diagnosis and get us out the door. I would not recommend going to this ER ever. The nurses and doctors are rude and could care less about patient care.

Provided by YP.comI brought my 2 year old daughter to the ER at Alliance. It seemed like a great place and everyone was friendly up until I met the doctor. My daughter had a 104 fever and there were 3 nurses in the room trying to get her temp, blood pressure, etc. The doctor got mad because I couldn't hear him and didn't respond fast enough to his questions. I'm sorry my 2 year old is crying and 4 different people are talking to me at once so I couldn't hear you! He was very rude and he seemed annoyed when my daughter started crying about having her ears checked. Anyway, he ended up telling me she had a double ear infection, gave us meds and sent us on our way as fast as he could get us out the door. I thought it was odd he didn't do any other tests or ask me any questions about how she had been feeling. So today I brought my daughter to the pediatrician because I didn't feel right about her diagnosis. They told me her ears are 100% completely fine, not red AT ALL. I was giving my TWO year old antibiotics for something she didn't even have. I would never recommend this place to anyone and even though they (nurses and receptionist) are nice and quick, I will NEVER go back. They care more about getting people in and out than the care of the actual patient. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Provided by YP.comI had to come to Alliance ER in the middle of the night due to the severe pain I was experiencing after a procedure I had earlier in the day. I was able to walk right in and the doctors and nurses at the time were caring and considerate. I was in and out in no time and given a prescription for pain medication. Immediately upon taking the pain medication, I started to experience bad side effects such as lightheadedness and nausea. I called back to the ER to report the side effects and to see if anything could be done, and suddenly it was like I was talking to a different facility altogether. The woman who answered the phone was rude and short with me. She did not care at all about the side effects I was experiencing. I was put on hold and passed from person to person until another woman picked up. She acted equally as annoyed by my call and treated me like I was absolutely some menacing pill abuser without even reviewing my chart. I told her the doctor I saw earlier told me to call if there were any issues. She said she'd have him call me and tried getting off the phone without getting my contact information. I had to practically force her to take it down. She said whenever that doctor works next I should hear back. I have not heard back and I am still in pain unable to sleep. I have been up for over 36 hours now.
