The Humane Society of North Texas, also known as HSNT, is a nonprofit, social welfare organization that focuses on the advocacy of animals that are abandoned, injured, neglected and mistreated, as well as promotes appreciation for animals. Established in 1904, it is a member of the Better Business Bureau. The organization provides well-being and residential services for at-risk women and children. It offers animal education that includes tips on basic and crate training for canines and felines, as well as care of senior pets. The Humane Society of North Texas conducts investigations in cases of animal abuse and neglect in Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Wise, Denton and surrounding counties in Texas. It also provides food, water, adoption and veterinary care services, as well as places animals in foster homes while they await adoption. Additionally, the organization receives sponsorships from KFWR and KTFW radio stations.

Last week I had to put my best...

Last week I had to put my best friend to sleepl. He was hurting and age was not beiing nice to Rusty. 10 years of love he gave and I miss him so much. Thank you so much Humane Society for 10 wonderful years of love. Rusty is at Rainbow Bridge and I will see him again, all new, and well.
