ATTENTION OWNER OF HOBBY TOWN FT WORTH - Your policy is asinine and unethical. I bought new X-maxx, 2 lipo Onyx 3S 5000mah batteries. 1 battery charges fine (onyx 245 charger), other battery won't take a charge. Next day I go up there with receipt, manager Joey (same guy I bought batteries from just day before) states he can't give exchange on battery, owner policy, even though it won't take a charge on your equipment either. Claims battery has to be sent back to manufacturer for warranty, per owner policy. What a load of crap. I'll never buy anything from your store again if this is how you treat your customers, and will be posting this everywhere. Thanks to your policy I get privilege of spending my money so that I can sit here and stare at a non-operational unit.
