I was a patient at this clinic for a year, and I experienced the very best, most professional, informative, and caring staff and doctors that I have ever seen. You cannot find a better clinic for infertility in Colorado, in my opinion, and I have extremely high standards. Dr. Bachus is beyond compare. He is the best, most knowledgeable, caring, patient, and competent physician from whomI have ever received care. It is really too bad that you rushed to judgment based on one phone call. That really is not the best way to go about researching doctors. You can go in for an informational visit, which would have allowed you to have your questions answered by the doctors and professional staff from whom you would have received care.

Don't go to this clinic if you are looking for staff that truly know the ins and outs of infertility. I called wanting to ask a few very simple questions about infertility help and most of the staff couldn't answer my questions. The questions were simple enough that at other clinics even the receptionist could answer my questions.
