These guys are horrible, They are a monopoly and bought out all the smaller companies. They pick up in fair weather, forget to pick up several times a year and have all kinds of unwritten rules they enforce at their leisure. Sadly the only other choice we all have is to drive somewhere and dump things ourselves.
