Very bad costumer service ... I had called them on a Wednesday afternoon inquiring about pest control on rats and they told me they would come on Thursday anywhere from 2pm -4pm waited until 4:30pm that Thursday and no one called to let me know they wouldn't come or anything ....called that Thursday but no one picked up ( they were going to give a free estimate) . It's Saturday ad haven't received a call from them .

Sorry I am just now seeing this message. I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that we caused you. I am not sure what had happened on that day. Not sure why anyone never answered the phone either. Usually we have at least one person in the office at all times during working hours between 8am-5pm. If no one was at the office we do have voicemail so we can call the customer back. Again I am truly sorry that we never called or came out to your house. I sincerely apologize.
